ULTRASONIC CLEANING PRODUCTS

TIERRA TECH has a wide range of products for ultrasonic cleaning, and they are carefully developed for carrying out two essential requirements: effective cleaning and total protection for pieces and materials.

It is very important to choose the appropriate product for achieving optimum results of cleaning, related to quality and time of cleaning.

Cleaning products for ultrasonics are used in a proportion between 2% and 5% of the volumetric capacity of the tank. They are very important for the final results, and they make the action of ultrasonics to be 100% effectively against the dirt on the pieces.

Products are distributed in plastic bottles of 1, 5, 10 or 25 Kg.

• ULTRASONIC-2:
  Detergent for pieces made in iron, steel and stainless steel. It eliminates grease, oil, and every hard dirt.

• ULTRASONIC-4:
  Detergent for pieces made in aluminium.
• ULTRASONIC-5:
  Degreasing and solid product, specially recommended for the use in Automotive industry.
• ULTRASONIC-5H:
  High technology and concentrated detergent, specially developed for the cleaning of pieces made in iron, steel or aluminium.
• ULTRASONIC-6:
  Product recommended for the cleaning of ink and for removing paint from pieces.
• ULTRASONIC-250:
  This product removes the oxide and dirt situated on every metallic surface. It is very effective for the cleaning of irony metals, steel and brass.
• ULTRASONIC-10:
  It is a degreasing detergent available for irony pieces or aluminium, and for steel alloy. It is good for automotive pieces. It must be used with ULTRASONIC-10PLUS.
• ULTRASONIC-10PLUS:
  It is a product that increase the power of ULTRASONIC-10. They have to be used together, at the same time in different proportion.
• ULTRASONIC-ELECTRO:
  
Dielectric detergent for the cleaning of electronic boards, engines and electric pieces.
• ULTRASONIC-MP:
  It is recommended for the cleaning of oil and animal an vegetable grease.
• ULTRASONIC - DESOX:
  This product removes oxide. It is used for the cleaning of refrigeration circuits and components.
• ULTRASONIC - DE 89:
  Product specially developed for removing paint and synthetic resin.
• ULTRASONIC - DE 200:
  Product for removing paint, very reactiv and better than conventional alkaline products for removing paint.
• ALIQUAT:
  Cleaning product with power against bacterium. It avoids the proliferation of germs.
• ADISEC:
  is an excellent product for improving the process of rinsing with water.
• ANTIOXIDANTE:
  This product has properties against corrosion, and high quality of protection for pieces.
